Coronavirus - FAQ's

Are you operating a normal service?
Yes we are at the present time as we know many passngers depend on our bus services

How will I know of any changes to bus services?
In the first instance any changes to our services will be posted on Twitter and Facebook, and our dedicated 'Coronavirus' page which can also be viewed on our 'Service Alerts' webpage

What are you doing to keep drivers and passengers safe?
As passengers will know we take great pride in the cleanliness of our buses, and our cleaning regime has been stepped up in recent weeks. We have invested in a 'fogger' which creates an anti-bacterial mist, which although not proven to kill Covid-19 will kill most bacteria spores. This procedure will be carried out at the end of each shift, and left to circulate overnight, on our fleet to further protect our passengers.
All buses have carried anti-bacterial handwash for use by our drivers for over a year, and we have stock to be able to continue to provide this. Unfortunately we do not have enough to be able to provide this for our passengers.
DRivers have the option of wearing nitrol gloves if they wish.

How can I pay for my ticket?
We would prefer you to use contactless, but will of course accept cash as the majority of our buses have cash vaults so there are no issues with drivers touching money

Waht can passngers do to help?
We urge passengers to follow NHS guidlines regarding handwashing
We ask that you do not leave tissues on our buses
If there is space please practice social distancing
Please do not travel if you feel inwell or have any symptoms of coronavirus
